At all Global Logics' Guest Link locations guests are able to access the wireless, high-speed, network at no additional charge while they are registered guests. Guests will receive the following benefits:

• 24/7 toll free support for the wireless network at no charge
• 24/7 toll free support on other computer issues for a small fee
• Ability to send email without any configuration changes
• Printing capabilities to hotel printers (at select locations)
• Completely FREE use of the wireless network in guest rooms and the lobby while a registered guest in the hotel
• Ability to use the wireless internet in meeting rooms (some hotels may charge)
• Access to a webpage designed specifically for the hotel with local information. This information includes dining options, local news, and weather.
• Free rental of 802.11b equipment from the front desk or you may use your own 802.11b Wi-Fi compatible equipment.

Global Logics' Guest Link provides a packaged service from Global Logics, Inc. that provides complete support and installation of high-speed wireless networks for guests of their properties. Hotel operators are able to concentrate on managing their property and increasing revenue while Global Logics' Guest Link takes care of everything including:

• 24/7 toll free support for all registered guests on the use of the wireless network. Operating systems supported are Windows 98 second edition and higher only.
• 24/7 toll free support for administration and employees of the hotel on the use of the wireless network. A special toll free number will be issued for use by the hotel only.
• 24/7 telephone access to reach a wireless technician regarding the problems arising on the physical wireless network. A technician will be dispatched the property within a 72 hour period time at no charge to the hotel up to two times a year.
• Warranty monitoring and maintenance of all equipment. Any equipment that fails and is in warranty will have a new piece of equipment sent out overnight from Global Logics' Guest Link. Global Logics' Guest Link will manage the return of the defective or damaged product at no additional cost to the hotel.
• 24/7 monitoring of the hotel network to ensure the network is functional for all guests.
• Free use of the GGLink Network Access Server during the term of the support contract.
• Complete training for all front desk and employees
• FREE marketing materials for all guest rooms serviced by the wireless network
• Installation of service to meeting rooms, which hotel operators may charge for the use of service in the meeting WITHOUT SHARING ANY REVENUE with Global Logics' Guest Link.
