BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA — August 22, 2003 — Pride Hospitality, LLC and Global Logics, Inc. announced today the offering of free high-speed, wireless, internet access at a fourth property, the five story Holiday Inn Express in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Guests will be able to access the unlimited and FREE high-speed wireless network from anywhere inside the hotel without charge while they are registered guests at the hotel. The installation was completed on August 3, 2003. “I’ve heard that many people had been awaiting the wireless internet at this property. With this new amenity in the hotel I’m most certain business and leisure travelers will seek out the Holiday Inn Express and make full use of their new free amenity,” said Nicholas Hovde, Vice President of Operations of Global Logics, Inc. “We are glad to see hotels taking steps to enhance the services provided to their guests to improve hospitality standards that they deserve.” Hotels using Global Logics’ Guest Link are completely setup under the 802.11b wireless technology that operates on the 2.4ghz range. The equipment at the Holiday Inn Express will work with wireless Ethernet cards and adapters that support the 802.11b technology, including 802.11g equipment. If a guest does not have wireless equipment they are able to loan high-powered equipment from the hotel's front desk free of charge during their stay. Along with the ability to loan equipment from the front desk, all guests are offered free live 24/7 technical support via a toll free telephone number for support on the wireless network. Guests never wait more than 5 minutes for technical support, normally there is no hold time. “This hotel has a great location and superior product and service. Free wireless high-speed internet access simply puts us at the top of the lodging offering in Baton Rouge.
